Summary: Staff are friendly and room was clean and lovely. Had a lakeside room as requested. Restaurant is also excellent (we had breakfasts and dinners there). Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Parking - stalls too small, limited staff to welcome guests, front door doesn’t automatically open. Too high of a price point for what you get. Check in time is too late.

Summary: This resort is very nice. We felt very safe with the underground parking garage for hotel guests. My kids loved swimming in the pool as well as Lake Osoyoos. The big slide was a plus as well as the two hot tubs. It’s less than ten minutes to the U.S. border if you are going across. The Boston Pizza restaurant on site has great food. The setting next to the lake with the desert and mountains around is very pretty and serene. We enjoyed sitting on our patio at night taking it all in and relaxing.

Summary: We had a two bedroom suite. Spacious, clean, full kitchen was great to cook (grocery store walking distance). Friendly staff. Great location on waterfront and in town to wander through shops.

Summary: Nice hotel with great amenities. Great for families with children. The only complaint would be controlling and respecting the rules of the facility. For example kids were in the hot tube clearly marked for adults only.
